One of the benchmarks of being classified as a great shooter is obtaining the 50-40-90 stat line. A player would have to shoot 50 perfect from the field, 40 percent from beyond the 3-point line and at least 90 percent from the charity stripe.
Only seven players have had 50-40-90 seasons. Only Steve Nash and Larry Bird did it in back to back seasons. However, Nash is the closest to come to achieving the line for a career at 49-43-90. Stephen Curry isn’t too far behind Nash as his career averages currently sit at 48-44-90. Not bad, eh? 🤙🏼
